How about starting your day with healthy drink? As usual my day starts with making a smoothie for b'fast. Today I made this yummy berrie smoothie packed with antioxidants.
Here is the recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup organic blue berries
1/4 cup grapes
6 organic straw berries
1/4 cup organic blue berries
1/4 cup grapes

1 organic apple
1/4 cup of organic green leafs (spinach, kale)
1 clementine or 1 medium sized orange
1/4 cup of organic green leafs (spinach, kale)
1 clementine or 1 medium sized orange
1 carrot
1/2 cup water or almond milk (you can also sustitute with regular milk. I like to use Almond milk in my smoothies)
3 ice cubes
In a vitamix/or any powerful blender add water or milk first then add all the fruits and ice cubes blend for 30 to 45 seconds till you get smooth consistency. (Use tamper to blend all fruits evenly)
