Coriander - Mint Chutney (Green Chutney)

This chutney is used with most of the north indian snacks like Pani Puri,Sev Puri, Dabeli. It is also good with Samosas and bajjis.

Ingredients:

1bunch of coriander/cilantro leaves.
10-15 mint leaves (1/4 bunch of mint)
2-3 garlic cloves
Lemon juice (This will help the chutney to retain the color due to the oxidation)
Salt to taste
4-5 green chilies ( You can reduce or increase based on your spice level)


Preparation:


Grind all the above ingredients in a blender. Green chutney is ready to use. This chutney can be refrigerated and can be stored upto 4 weeks.
